  1. RCH has a Class B Permanent for a Pte/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS to commence on 15-NOV-2021 until 14-NOV-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Pte/Cpl
      MCpls can apply for this position, but will only be considered if no Pte or Cpl apply or are retained for the position
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS
      "Priority will be given to 00375 HRA. FSA 00376 with former svc as RMS clerk 00298, could also be considered for the employment but they will be taken into consideration only in the absence of a 00375 HRA candidate holding all the essential requirements. In the absence of HRA or FSA, any other trade will be considered."

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • a. Available to work occasional nights and/or weekends when required;
      b. Available for taskings, courses and training outside of the geographic area with warning;
      c. Experience working in an unit orderly room is an asset;
      d. Knowledge of administrative policies for reserve Force (promotion, enrolment, release, deployments, and transfer, etc an asset);
      e. Knowledge of software use for personnel administration including RPSR and Guardian;
      f. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
      g. Be organized; and
      h. Have good written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Provide administrative support to members of the unit;
    b. Responsible for the central registry of the unit;
    c. Provide pay svcs;
    d. Provide back up support when other members of the Orderly Room as required; and
    e. Be present at training activities of the unit when required.
