  1. Fus MR has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS to commence on 15-NOV-2021 until 14-NOV-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      Mil eligible for promotion to the rank of SGT effectif and WO are authorized to keept their effective rank may apply but will only be retained if no qualified SGT is available.
    2. MOS ID: 00376-01-FSA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS
      Priority will be given to 00376 FSA. The 00375 HRA with former svc as RMS Clerk 00298, could also be considered for the employment but they will be taken into consideration only in the absence of an FSA 00376 candidate holding all the essential requirements.

  4. Basic description of duties: A. Evaluate and analyze the unit budget, including risk evaluation, ensuring that financial regulations and obligations are being met and report to FMR senior management and operations;
    B. Analyze and supervise current, planned and future spending for FMR. Recommend modifications as necessary and present status reports to senior leadership on a routine basis;
    C. Coordinate finance related to Reserve Pay and RPSR;
    D. Verify and approve claims and process payments in accordance with Sec 32 and 34 of the FAA;
    E. Analyze transactions with the RPSR , Claims-X and DRMIS;
    F. Ensure delegation of authorities are monitored and current and that qualifications of the personnel are up to date;
    G. Carry out functions as assigned by the CO, DCO and Catp-Adjt;
    H. Be sure to engage and to predict future spending;
    I. Insert, verify and settle transactions in DRMIS;
    J. Check and authorize payment of bills and manage credit card transactions;
    K. Answer questions from the HQ staff and members of the unit;
    L. Provide the monthly financial report to the brigade comptroller;
    M. Manage non-public funds.
