  1. 36 CBG HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Pte/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 15-NOV-2021 until 14-NOV-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Pte/Cpl
      IAW Ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • Applicants who do not meet the language requirements of the position may be considered. However, priority will be given to those applicants who meet the language requirements of the position.
  4. Basic description of duties: The FM manages applicant files from submission through enrolment to ensure timely processing of applicant files and completeness. They will be responsible for monitoring and updating CFRIMS 2 as the applicant progresses and tracking files in process.
    Primary Duties and Tasks:
    A. Administer and score the CFAT using paper and pencil or iCFAT electronic resources as available;
    B. Manage Prospect data files and file processing using CFRIMS 2 and in hardcopy in order to ensure file completeness;
    C. Process Personal Data and conduct reference verifications including initiation of CRNC, Credit Check and security pre-assessment using Web SCPS application, telephone, and email;
    D. Prepare Verification of Former Service, Previous Service Calculations, and Prior Learning Assessments for submission using appropriate forms and templates as required;
    E. Book applicants for recruiting visits and verify attendance afterwards in order to manage applicant processing times;
    F. Maintain quality control over applicant files and data integrity by verifying completeness during scanning and data input;
    G. Prepare the applicant file for enrolment including paperwork preparation, explaining the purpose of each document, and pre-enrolment briefings;
    H. Assist potential applicants by outlining the recruiting process, available occupations, and basic eligibility criteria for enrolment;
    I. Track post-enrolment conditional employment requirements and report to unit Ops Staff;
    J. Assist in the management of recruiting resources and personnel schedules to ensure coverage for FORCE testing, Medical testing, CFAT Administration, and Interviews as required;
    K. Assist in administrative activities pertaining to P Res recruiting as required; and
    L. Other tasks and duties as assigned.
