  1. 2 Fd Regt has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS to commence on 22-NOV-2021 until 21-NOV-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      The following ranks may apply, but will be considered only if no MCPL/MMS applies and/or has been deemed unfit for employment. Sgts/M2 wishing to renounce their rank for the duration of employment may apply. Cpls eligible for promotion of CPLC/M2. MPC not eligible for promotion may be considered and after an appropriate observation period and with C of C approval may be considered for effective/acting promotion if applicable.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS
      " Priority will be given to 00375 HRA. The 00376 FSA with former svc as RMS clerk 00298, could also be considered for the employment but they will be taken into consideration only in the absence of a HRA 00375 candidate holding all the essential requirements. If no HR Adm or FS adm clerk meets the requirements MOS Grp ATR 9000 will be considered.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • a. available to work some nights and/or weekends when required;
      b. available for taskings, courses and training outside of the geographic zone with warning;
      c. have an experience working in an unit orderly room (an asset);
      d. have knowledge of administrative policies (pay, claims) of the reserve;
      e. have knowledge of software use for personnel administration and finance (Claims-X, RPSR, HRMS);
      f. have knowledge Microsoft Office suite;
      g. be organized; and
      h. have good written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Basic description of duties: a. provide administrative support to members of the unit;
    b. keep personnel files updated;
    c. responsible for the release files of the unit;
    d. support finance section for the pay and claims;
    e. be present at training activities of the unit when required; and
    f. replace the Chief Clerk when necessary.
