  1. CTC HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 06-DEC-2021 until 05-DEC-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      WO/PO1 willing to relinquish may apply, but will only be considered should no candidate at the Sgt/PO2 rank apply and be found suitable. MCpl/MS may be considered for under-ranking.

  4. Basic description of duties: Supervision of 3 X PRES CLKS, PDR/PER reporting. Be able to perform all Fin Ops duties during staff absences.

    Provide sound DRMIS guidance and oversight to staff.
    Coordinate with CTC HQ RES IT cell to manage 4 X Division Cost Center (CC) including Internal Order (IO) and Commitment (CO) structures. Support Division personnel with overall CC management. Provide training as required for CTC HQ and Division staffs. Review and validate Division reports and provide input to FPP WO/Compt.

    Ensure Division SAF's are accurate and current for PLQ and A Res training.

    Input financial coding in CFTPO for A Res wages and TD for all CA soldiers attending training approved on national calendar.

    Provide follow up to AITA Fin Mgt on all Q&A from 5CDSG regarding Acquisition and Department Travel Accounts.

    Manage the +AITA Courses mailbox.

    Creation/change IO's for 4 X Divisions.

    Secondary Duties:

    Base Duty SGT as assigned by RSM

    CTC HQ Building Lockup as assigned by RSM

    Ensure proper IO management for CTC Formation

    Participate in annual Staff Inspection/Assistance Visits as required
