  1. BCD has a Class B Permanent for a Pte/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 01-DEC-2021 until 30-NOV-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Regular Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Pte/Cpl
      Over/under ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp pd.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
      Any trade with experience may apply and be considered if no suitable HRA found
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals: N/A

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • A. Availability to work on weekends and under special circumstances as required.
      B. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
      C. Knowledge with processing Pay in RPSR, Guardian transactions, DRMIS transactions and Monitor Mass, Claims X, CFTPO an asset.
      D. Expenditure Management, Green Procurement, and Contracting Certification and DRMIS account an asset.
      E. DP1 an asset.
  4. Basic description of duties: A. Administrative support on behalf of the BCD OR: processing enrolments, releases, postings, transfers, promotions, updating Guardian, maintaining pers files.
    B. Financial support on behalf of the BCD OR: processing claims on ClaimsX, CF52, CLDA claims, TAA claims, pay sheets, monitoring RPSR, etc.
    C. Customer support to BCD soldiers: responding to admin and finance queries.
    D. Other duties as assigned by the CClk.
