  1. 32 CER has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00003-01-NCM, or 90000-ATR to commence on 08-NOV-2021 until 07-OCT-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

      • Competency Remarks:
        • Applicant should have work experience in a RQMS. DND 404 essential (3 Ton & Forklift).

          Possess a comprehensive knowledge of supply and technical service functions, warehousing and security of stores.

          Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, planning and organizational skills.

          Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain excellent raport and working relationships will all agencies.

          Excellent written and oral communication skills.

          Excellent computer skills, primarily using MS Office.

          Experience implementing security and appropriate accounting procedures for weapons and ammunition IAW pertinent regulations.

          Experience conducting stocktaking verification as required.

          Be able to plan and coordinate warehouse requirements and issue/withdrawal of stores and equipment.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • Recent and relevant experience in a Cbt Engr reserve unit or equivalent,

      Experience with administrative process and logistics

      Experience with management system DRIMIS.

      Experience with FMS Web and familiar with Tn/Dispatcher duties
  4. Basic description of duties: A. Provide overall supervision of personnel assigned to Unit QM.

    B. Maintain and verify the inventory of all supply customer accounts (SCA) by:
    1. Controlling the demand, receipt, issue, and return of material and expendable stores and completing all necessary documentation.
    2. Maintain all necessary supply documents governing the inventory of all SCA's.
    3. Controlling the external loan of stores and equipment with CO's authority and completing all necessary documentation.
    4. Conduct quartely verifications of all serialized equipment (SNAC Reports).
    5. Completing all necessary documents for change and entitlements for all SCA.

    C. Operate warehouse for the storage of items held under all SCA, specifically:
    1. Maintain and update unit loan records and loan tables.
    2. Establish and maintain an access list identifying personnel authorized for normal and special access to QM.

    D. Oversee all aspects of customer service to include the follwing:
    1. Issue, receive, account for and process all customer requests, and complete all necessary documents.
    2. Complete deviation records, as required.

    E. Ensure non-serviceable (NS) equipment is repaired or replaced.

    F. Complete lost stores/damage reports IAW application instructions, and maintain register.

    G. Conduct supply inspections as directed by CO.

    H. Act as the RQMS and Tpt NCO as required.
