  1. 41 Sig Regt, Det Calgary has a Class B Temporary for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 00003-01-NCM to commence on 01-NOV-2021 until 30-APR-2022. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

    1. Rank: WO/WO
      Under/Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp pd.

  4. Basic description of duties: a. Assist the Ops O in preparation of the annual training plan;

    b. Coordinate with 41 CBG HQ, Garrison Edmonton, Western Are Training Center and outside organizations regarding support to Regt training and exercises;

    c. Coordinating IBTS training;

    d. Ensuring a high standard of training and instruction within the Regt through monitoring and supervision of NCOs during periods of instruction and while deployed on exercise;\

    e. Check all nominations for tasks to ensure all personnel nominated meet the necessary requirements;

    f. Manage and track tasks in CFTPO;

    g. Coordinate all requests for training stores or equipment required beyond Regt resources for submission to Bde HQ in time for action to be taken.
