  1. 11 FD Regt has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA, or 00376-01-FSA, or 90000-ATR to commence on 15-NOV-2021 until 14-NOV-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Regular Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      One rank lower and one rank higher may apply. Other ranks will only be considered if there are no suitable rank applicants. One rank higher must relinquish their rank for the duration of the period of service.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA, or 00376-01-FSA, or 90000-ATR
      HRA/FSA perferred, ATR trades will be considered should no suitable HRA/FSA apply.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

  4. Basic description of duties: 1. Responsible for all aspects of pay and administration 11 Fd Regt
    2. Ensure all reports/queries by CClk are actioned correctly and in a timely fashion
    3. Responsible to assist in OR functions such as but not limited to:
    a. handling customer queries and questions;
    b. process entries in Guardian;
    c. in/out clearances;
    d. maintain and update RPSR pay accounts;
    e, maintain pers files; and
    f. verify and process various types of claims.
    4. Applicant must be available for unrestricted employment which will include taskings, evenings and weekend training.
    5. All other taskes as given by the Chain of Command
