  1. C Army has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA, or 90000-ATR to commence on 02-OCT-2021 until 01-OCT-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      WOs who are willing to relinquish their rank and MCpl eligible for promotion can apply, but will only be considered if no qualified Sgt is available. MCpls not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA, or 90000-ATR
      HRA - Prefered but not required
    3. Language: English or French essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals:
      • Course Remarks:
        • 1. Good knowledge of P Res Admin and menagment policies;
          2. Good knowledge of staff procedures;
          3. Experience in drafting correspondence for review and approval; and
          4. Proficiency with MS Office suite software.

  4. Basic description of duties: 1. Provide input and advice on Res F employment and transfer issues;
    Staff Cl A, B and C Res F Svc such as National level and outside C Army opportunities, nominations;
    2. Assist in processing Res F queries, waivers and type of service requests for information; and
    3. Monitor the regualtions that impact Res F service.
