  1. C Army has a Class B Permanent for a LCol/LCol MOS ID/Occupation 00002-01-Officer, or 90024-GSO to commence on 30-SEP-2021 until 29-SEP-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

      2. Knowledge of military and civilian personnel policies and administration.
      3. Familiar with Guardian and Monitor MASS.
      4. Knowledge of CAF/DND (Mil/Civ) Personnel Policies.
      5. Experience in providing advice based on policies to senior leaders, enabling decision making
  4. Basic description of duties: 1. G1 Pers Management is responsible for managing the resolution of Cdn Army pers issues for Regular, Reserve and civilian personnel. G1 Pers Mgt is the Army's principal G1 advisor on pers issues related to sensitive matters.
    2. Apply CAF/DND personnel policies for the Regular Force, Reserve Force and Public Service.
    3. Manage, track, prepare and staff work documents for Sr CA officer review and approval.
    4. Analyze requests from subordinate formations ensuring policy compliance.
    5. Prioritize work in accordance with CA G1 priorities.
    6. Manage and track HR Civ sensitive files on behalf of the CA, coordinating with various stakeholders (unions, ADM(HR Civ) staff.
    7. Perform other staff officer duties as assigned by CA G1.
