  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • A. Strong organizational skills;
      B. Capable of short to medium term TD ni support of joint training events (ie: augmentation to EX Maple Guardian) and Domestic Ops deployments (ie: OP LUSTRE);
      C. Capable of working under minimal supervision;
      D. Capable of training and supervising junior personnel;
      E. Ability to adapt to current operating picture and switch focus when required based on priority; and
      F. Prior experience in a higher HQ.
      G. Previous collation and analysis experience both Domestic and International;
      H. Previous experience in RFI Management and ICECAPT related trg;
      I. Formal Information Management (IM) Trg;
      J. Proven experience working in a Joint Environment (RJTF);
      K. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Primarily: Word, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook);
      L. Prior headquarters experience; and
      M. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Basic description of duties: A. Collation, update and manage intelligence and information (not to include administrative files) under the guidance of the G2 Chief Collator;
    B. Maintain up-to-date intelligence information in accordance with Commander's Primary Intelligence Requirements/Information requirements (PIPs/IRs);
    C. Monitoring all communication circuit
    D. Ensure correct procedures for receiving traffic are adhered to and that all information is properly logged and recorded (including messages, faxes, telephone conversations etc);
    E. Responsible for vetting all intelligence related files including Data Bank/Base, under the direction of G2 Chief Collator:
    F. Assist in INT CCIRM management, as required;
    G. Perform database research as directed by G2 Chief Collator, in support of analytical activities;
    H. Collection of intelligence and information for INTSUMs, INTREPs and other intelligence related products;
    I. Maintain and monitor intelligence databases, as assigned;
    J. Understudy the G2 Chief Collator and be prepared to assume his duties in his absence; and
    K. All other duties as assigned by the G2 Chief Collator.
