  1. 35 CBG HQ has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 30-NOV-2021 until 29-NOV-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

      c. the use of monitor mass is an asset.
      D. adept at the level of the CFRIMS software is an asset

      experience:
      a. a previous work experience in a CFRC / position Rwanda is an asset
  4. Basic description of duties: A. Management across the track applicant files, including:
    1. the opening and closing files,
    2. to ensure follow-up and appointments,
    3. process, sort, verify and record the documentation associated to the records,
    4. prepares documentation of enrolment,
    5. maintains and updates databases.
    B. process, send and receive e-mail messages;
    c. ensure a client service;
    D. prepare various reports related to the ongoing operations of recruitment;
    E. conduct the technical assistance of recruitment procedures for units;
    F. perform the management stream approval of enrolment for officers and the ER enrolments (RESO / EDO);
    G. tracking and compliance with procedures of recruitment;
    H. complete the validations of qualifications on the Canadian Forces Aptitude Test (CFAT);
    I. track the qualifications of Rwanda and rur within the EDO;
    J. attend the G1 Recr in SAVs and validate the compliance of recruitment files;
    K. dedicate the prospects in CFRIMS to units;
    L. to send the new requests CFRIMS to higher HQ;
    Mr. calculate incentive credits for the prior service of applicants RESO / EDO;
    N. requests for CSS positions and the enrolment authority via the CO of the 35 Svc Bn;
    O. support the course training Rwanda / rur in the fall;
    p. all other tasks assigned by the chain of command.
