  1. 39 CBG HQ has a Class B Temporary for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 18-OCT-2021 until 30-APR-2022. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: WO/WO
      Under/Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp pd.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

  4. Basic description of duties: Responsible to the Adjt for all matters relating:

    a. staffing of reports
    b. willing to undertake all responsibilities that would be expected of a Staff WO
    c. liaise with units and external organizations on Bde admin matters
    d. Control and Operation of Bde OR
    e. Supervision of Bde OR Personnel
    f. Supervision and Certification of reservist pay and allowances in RPSR
    g. Initialization and finalization of claims in Claims X
    h. Maintaining records in Guardian
    i. all other tasks as directed by the Chief of Staff and Adjt
