  1. Hal Rif has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA to commence on 21-MAR-2022 until 20-MAR-2025. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

      IAW Ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • A. It would be extremely beneficial if the applicants held previous financial experience including DRMIS roles;
      B. Experience with Claims X; and
      C. Applicant may be reqr to update sec clr if they do not currently hold a valid lvl II clearance.
  4. Basic description of duties: A. Required to process and/or assist in processing credit cards and SAS;
    B. Remain up to date with all DRMIS activity in unit cost centres and financial regulations;
    C. Verify invoices for proper approving authority, calculation error and correct financial coding;
    D. Enter invoices into DRMIS using proper fin codes and due dates;
    E. Assist with budget planning in DRIMIS, monitor fuel card activities, vehicle rentals and hospitality; and
    F. Be able to answer questions and provide feedback on fin matters and budgetary changes/overview/reports and returns.
