  1. 32 Sig Regt Det Borden has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA, or 00376-01-FSA, or 90000-ATR to commence on 08-NOV-2021 until 07-NOV-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA, or 00376-01-FSA, or 90000-ATR
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals:
      • Courses:
        • 1. RMS CLK QL5 [112326]
      • Course Remarks:
        • PLQ would be an asset
      • Competency Remarks:
        • A. MOSID QL5 preferred, however a QL3 with full time experience may be considered;
          B. Non HRA/FSA Clks will require PLQ and qualified DP2 in their trade;
          C. Experience with Revised Pay System for the Reserves (RPSR);
          D. Experience with Human Resource Management System (HRMS);
          E. Good written and oral communication;
          F. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
          G. Ability to work with minimal supervision;
          H. Understanding of CF regulations, policies and procedures; and
          I. Member must be available to work evenings and weekends, and be available to be away for extended periods for taskings/courses, as required.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • Knowledge of Res F Admin, Pay, Guardian and HRMS including MAPS would be an asset. Excellent military writing skills. Skilled in the use of ClaimsX and Microsoft Office. Work with minimal supervision and excel at multi-tasking. Full time Orderly Room experience an asset. Must be able and available to work some evenings and weekends and deployment on summer tasks, as required.

      The following would be considered assets:
      A. Contracting Direct with Trade, Expenditure Management Course and Green Procurement;
      B. Experience in Monitor Mass;
      C. Experience in Guardian;
      D. HRMS Correction mode; and
      E. Full time Orderly Room experience.
  4. Basic description of duties: Provide direct admin support to unit members and fulfill HR admin duties in HRMS, CR, Rcds, Benefits, Deployment Screening, Enrolment, Postings and Releases. Supervise Orderly Room Clerks.

    Basic description of duties:
    A. Handling customer queries and questions;
    B. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondance and the CR;
    C. Coordinate requirements and complete supporting documentation for personnel travelling on Temporary Duty, course, or other purpose;
    D. Complete staffing and HRMS/RPSR input for Admin/Fin items including transfers, releases, promotions, VOT, ED&T, Leave, etc;
    E. Complete Sqn Fin clerk duties as directed by the Regimental Chief Clerk;
    F. Assist in staffing and tracking of all correspondance as required for the purpose of signatures and authorities;
