  1. 41 Svc Bn has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA to commence on 04-OCT-2021 until 03-OCT-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      Under/Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp pd
    2. MOS ID: 00376-01-FSA
      FSA 00376-01 preferred. Any other trade must have extensive background working in financial services employment.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals: N/A

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related software,
      Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS),
      Revised Pay System for the Reserves (RPSR),
      Human Resource Management System 7.5 & 8.9 corrections mode,
      Monitor Mass, REO, CFTPO, and Claims X experience an asset., and
      Previous finance experience.
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Responsible for coordination preparation and monitoring expenditures for the unit budget;
    b. Provide reports of pay and allowances expended through DRMIS;
    c. Reconcile general ledger accounts of DRMIS for pay, transportation assistance allowance (TAA), pay in lieu of leave (PILL), casual land duty allowance (CLDA) and meal allowance;
    d. Advise on financial codings for all expenditures;
    e. Maintaining unit personnel records and central registry;
    f. Verifying release/transfer documentation;
    g. Conducting day to day office admin;
    h. Preparation and submission of financial documentation;
    i. Responsible for all pay duties for the unit;
    j. Supervising subordinates;
    k. Acting as Chief Clerk in their absence; and
    l. Other duties as assigned by Adjt.
