  1. RCA School has a Class B Permanent for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 00368-01-ARTYMN to commence on 06-DEC-2021 until 05-DEC-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: WO/WO
      MWO willing to relinquish and Sgt qualified for promotion to WO may apply, but will only be considered should no candidate at the WO rank apply and be found suitable. Sgt not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking.

    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret

  4. Basic description of duties: This position is responsible to the Field Artillery Standards Officer for the following activities:

    a. Ensure standardization of lectures;

    b. Monitor, administer and grade testing in both the field and garrison;

    c. Participate in ECR and course critiques; and

    d. Provide analysis on lesson plans.

    e. Perform other duties as assigned by the chain of command.

    f. Secondary requirements:

    1) ability to communicate successfully with peers, and senior staff on sensitive or complex issues; and

    2) Familiarity with MS Office Suite applications.

  9. Remarks: Cover letter, resume, current Guardian MPRR and SCPS screen verification of security clearance are to be attached with the nomination in Monitor Mass. Suitable applicants residing within the geographical area will be given preference. Applicant's medical category, physical fitness and security clearance must be current and at the required level for REO. If an applicant has MELs and is still employable within limitations, a copy of the AR/MEL must be fwd to CTC HQ G1 Reserve Admin Cell. Applicants must have the essential quals as outlined in REO. Applicants with a Secret clearance in progress as of the closing date of the REO may be considered, if no suitable applicant with the appropriate clearance applies. Once an applicant has been selected, the home unit must complete C of C concurrence in REO.
