  1. 3 Cdn Div TC has a Class A for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 15-NOV-2021 until 14-NOV-2026. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      Under/Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp pd.
    2. MOS ID: 90000-ATR
      HRA or FSA preferred.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals: N/A
    8. Position requirements for regular force annuitants permit IAW CMP instruction 20/04: Yes - Either Option ( (# 20/04))
  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • A. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite;

      C. Familiarity with Monitor Mass;
      D. Familiarity with CFTPO;
      E. Excellent customer service skills;
      F. Strong analytical skills;
      G. Familiarity with RPSR an asset;
      H. Familiarity with Guardian an asset; and
      I. Good understanding of military orders, policies, directives, etc.
  4. Basic description of duties: A. Tracking and forwarding unit correspondence;
    B. Entering pay transactions into RPSR;
    C. Ensuring other permanent Res F staff are being paid on pay runs;
    D. Entering transactions into Guardian;
    E. Processing enrolments, transfers and releases; and
    F. Managing Res F candidates on course and Res F staff augmentees.
