  1. CFSCE has a Class B Temporary for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00109-01-ATIS TECH to commence on 02-AUG-2021 until 07-FEB-2022. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      Sgt willing to relinquish and Cpl qualified for promotion to MCpl may apply, but will only be considered should no candidate at the MCpl rank apply and be found suitable. Cpl not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking.
    2. MOS ID: 00109-01-ATIS TECH
      ATIS Tech will be given priority, but other MOSIDs may be considered if no suitable ATIS Tech applicant applies.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • *Applicants who do not meet the language requirements of the position may be considered. However, priority will be given to those applicants who meet the language requirements of the position.
  4. Basic description of duties: As an Instr the mbr will be in command of approximately 40-50 BTL members. The Instr will be responsible for conducting daily roll calls and will be the primary point of contact for all section members on admin matters. The Instr will be responsible for mentoring their subordinates and leading by example. The Instr will also need to familiarize themselves with the admin processes for matters such as leave passes, VOTs/COTs, voluntary releases, Compulsory releases MATA/PATA requests, disciplinary measures.

  8. Remarks: Cover letter, resume, current Guardian MPRR and SCPS screen verification of security clearance are to be attached with the nomination in Monitor Mass. Suitable applicants residing within the geographical area will be given preference. Applicant's medical category, physical fitness and security clearance must be current and at the required level for REO. If an applicant has MELs and is still employable within limitations, a copy of the AR/MEL must be fwd to CTC HQ G1 Reserve Admin Cell. Applicants must have the essential quals as outlined in REO. Applicants with a Secret clearance in progress as of the closing date of the REO may be considered, if no suitable applicant with the appropriate clearance applies. Once an applicant has been selected, the home unit must complete C of C concurrence in Monitor Mass. The selected reservist will not be posted to the CADTC PRL for Cl B Svc under one year in duration, but will remain with their home unit. **Applicants who had a valid Medical and/or FORCE test in 2019 may be considered for employment. It remains the member's responsibility to ensure that their respective periodic health assessment and FORCE test is updated as soon as CF H Svcs and PSP, respectively, are able to accommodate.
