  1. 39 CER has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA to commence on 16-AUG-2021 until 15-AUG-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      Under/Over rank shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the employment period.
    2. MOS ID: 00376-01-FSA
      Any trade with experience may apply and be considered if no suitable FSA is found.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals: N/A

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • A. Experience in both NPF and PF accounting preferred;
      B. CDWT, Green Procurement and DND 404s preferred; and
      C. Able to work with minimal supervision;
  4. Basic description of duties: Duties will include but are not restricted to:
    A. management of regt PF budget;
    B. provides public and non-public funds assistance;
    C. updating chain of command of cost estimates for activities and exercises;
    D. submitting of Quarterly Reports;
    E. Establishment of Commitments in DRMIS;
    F. Advising HRA/FSA clks on all fin matters;
    G. Finalization of claims;
    H. Supervision of Class A Fin staff; and
    I. other duties as assigned by supervisor.
