  1. C Army has a Class B Temporary for a Lt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90024-GSO to commence on 19-APR-2021 until 18-OCT-2021. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Lt/Capt
      The following ranks may apply but will only be considered should no Lt/Capt apply and be found suitable : Maj willing to relinquish rank, and 2Lt eligible for promotion to Lt. 2Lt not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking. Allows for relinquishment and possible under-ranking for a period of time until member can become qualified for promotion.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • The purpose of a CISOE infrastructure Deputy Project Director (DPD) within DLI is to identify, develop, define and maintain control of the infrastructure requirements associated with equipment projects being delivered by DLR for the Canadian Army.
      Member has experience working in a HQ environment (knowledgde of staff duties). Member has experience in projects, planning or delivery (experience outside DND also applicable).
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Attend all PRICIE-G WGs for each assigned project; b. Organize and attend quarterly update meetings with each assigned project; c. Develop annual Vote 1 spending estimates and track throughout year; d. Track Vote 5 spending progress by PMs and keep DLR updated; e. Generate and maintain SOR(I)s for each assigned project; f. Generate all SRCLs associated with assigned projects; g. Complete site visits as required to confirm infrastructure requirements; h. Provide ROM, Indicative and Substantive costing for projects; i. Confirm all SOWs generated for studies and 3rd party costing; j. Attend on site kick-off / progress meetings with PM as required; k. Document progress of all projects in CISOE project tracker; l. Attend annual DLI and CISOE WGs; m. Support preparation of general CISOE presentations by having up-to-date summary slides on each assigned project available; n. Provide assistance to CISOE infrastructure Project Director (PD) and DLI as directed.
