  1. 3 Cdn Div TC has a Class B Permanent for a Maj/Maj MOS ID/Occupation 00002-01-Officer, or 90000-ATR to commence on 17-MAY-2021 until 16-MAY-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Maj/Maj
      Under/Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp period.
    2. MOS ID: 00002-01-Officer, or 90000-ATR
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Top Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

  4. Basic description of duties: A. COORDINATE WITH 3 CDN DIV TC AND FIRST NATIONs, LIAISON WITH AND ADVISE ALL RECRUITING CENTRES IN 3 CDN DIV ON ASPECTS OF THE BOLD EAGLE PROGRAM, PREFERRED LOCATION OF BOLD EAGLE COORDINATOR IS WAINWRIGHT AB (CONSIDERATION MAY BE GIVEN TO OTHER LOCATIONS)
    B. CONDUCT RECRUITING ATTRACTION VISITS ACCROSS 3 CDN DIV AOR ON AN ONGOING BASIS
