  1. 3 Cdn Div TC has a Class B Permanent for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90027-CBT ARMS - OFFR to commence on 17-MAY-2021 until 16-MAY-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Capt/Capt
      Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp pd.
    2. MOS ID: 90027-CBT ARMS - OFFR
      Other MOSID will be considered on a case by case basis
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

Basic description of duties: PREPARE 3 CDN DIV HQ AND 3 CDN DIV TC QUARTERLY AND YEARLY INDIVIDUAL TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS, PREPARE AND PROCESS TRAINING WAIVERS, ACT AS MAIN POC WITH CTC AND 3 DIV HQ WRT DIVISION AND NATIONAL CALENDARS, PREPARE AND PROCESS NCCR ON BEHALF OF 3 CDN DIV TC FOR DIVISION AND NATIONAL CALENDARS, ATTEND INDIVIDUAL TRG CONFERENCES IN EDMONTON AND GAGETOWN ON BEHALF OF 3 CDN DIV TC, MANAGE WORK OF INDIV TRG PROD CLERK
