  1. 5 CRPG has a Class B Permanent for a Cpl/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 01-APR-2021 until 31-MAR-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Cpl/Cpl
      IAW Ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
      HRA preferred, if no suitable HRA applies other trades may be considered.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Confidential
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • A. Excellent oral and written skills an asset;
      B. An intermediate level of computer skills in Windows 95, or higher, and Microsoft Office;
      C. Ability to work with minimum supervision; and
      D. Be team oriented.
  4. Basic description of duties: Description of duties include but are not limited to:
    A. Process claims;
    B. Process entries in Guardian;
    C. Process reserve pay (RPSR);
    D. Process DRMIS entries (invoices, system adjustments (SA), reconcile HRG);
    E. Process flight bookings (HRG);
    F. Process reserve enrolments and releases;
    G. Attend professional development training;
    H. Attend career progression trg;
    I. Completion of personnel administration; and
    J. Other duties and tasks as assigned by the CC.
