  1. 36 CBG HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA to commence on 04-APR-2021 until 03-APR-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      IAW Ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.
    2. MOS ID: 00376-01-FSA
    3. Language: English essential

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • A. Must have experience with DRMIS and Excel;
      B. Must have or be able to acquire DRMIS user roles UU04, UU05, UU06, UU19, UU49, UU50 and UU54;
      C. Experience in HQ environment an asset, and
      D. RMS Clk QL6A [112327] an asset.
  4. Basic description of duties: A. Responsible to Bde comptroller for all aspects of budget management procedures;
    B. Provide trg and support to Bde units in budget management DRMIS (FMAS) including Policy, Regulation and Procedures;
    C. Monitoring fin expenditures by Bde HQ and units, providing updates on budget status including IO and fund reports;
    D. Compilation of Bde unit Fin reports and Bde level reports for Div;
    E. Conducting staff assistance visits to Bde units;
    F. Completion or approval of Sect 34 (FAA) KR, SA, prepayment exam of claims; and
    G. Preparation and maintenance of Bde budget allocations and assisting in year-end close out.
