  1. TACTICS SCHOOL has a Class B Permanent for a MWO/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90024-GSO to commence on 01-MAR-2021 until 29-FEB-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

    1. Rank: MWO/Capt
      Maj/LCdr willing to relinquish and MWO/CPO2 and Lt/SLt qualified for promotion to Capt/Lt(N) may apply and be found suitable. Lt/SLt and MWO/CPO2 not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking. CWO/CPO1 are not eligible to apply.

  4. Basic description of duties: A. Management of resource allocations for training;
    B. De-confliction and coordination of training resources;
    C. Responsible to generate and coordinate internal and external visit itineraries;
    D. Conduct personnel administration as a supervisor for Military and DND Civilian employees;
    E. Research and apply training policies and procedures;
    F. Research and apply administrative policies;
    G. Use standard DND/Army baseline software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, CFPAS, Monitor Mass, etc);
    H. Preparation and timely submission of training reports and returns;
    I. Preparation and timely submission of administrative reports and returns;
    J. Production of letters, memoranda and briefing notes;
    K. Complete all aspects of the Army IBTS requirements; and
    L. Secondary duties as assigned by the Cmdt
