  1. C Army has a Class B Permanent for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 11-JAN-2021 until 10-JAN-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Capt/Capt
      Majs who are willing to relinquish their rank and Lt eligible for promotion can apply, but will only be considered if no qualified Capt is available. LTs not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking.
    2. MOS ID: 90000-ATR
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals:
      • Competency Remarks:
        • 1. Knowledge of CA personnel force generation activities;
          2. Knowledge of C Army structure and staff procedures;
          3. Experience in drafting correspondence for review and approval by senior staff; and 4. Proficiency with MS Office suite software.

  4. Basic description of duties: Managing, tracking, staffing of files and preparing staff work and documents for senior G1 officers;
    Liaise with and provide assistance to Canadian Division and CADTC G1 Staff & others;
    Analyze requests from subordinate formations and ensure they are policy compliant. - Represent the CA G1 Pers Mgt Res at meetings;
    Prioritize work in accordance with G1's Priorities;
    Meet time sensitive deadlines; and
    Any other general staff officer duties as assigned in any of the seven sections of the CA G1 Directorate.
