  1. 32 CBG HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA, or 00375-01-HRA, or 90000-ATR to commence on 05-JAN-2021 until 31-AUG-2021. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      Suitable MCpl/MS's and WO/PO1's willing to relinquish their rank for the entire period of employment will be considered if no eligible Sgt applies.
    2. MOS ID: 00376-01-FSA, or 00375-01-HRA, or 90000-ATR
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals:
      • Courses:
        • 1. RMS CLERK QL5A [118863]
      • Competency Remarks:
        • Various admin and fin software experience such as;
          1. MS Office Suite
          2. HRMS is an asset
          3. RPSR experienced is an asset.
          4. Claims X Web is an asset
          5. FMAS/DRMIS is an asset
          6. NPF Knowledge is an asset
          7. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
          8. Able to effectively operate as a member of a team with high work tempo

  4. Basic description of duties: The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:
    A. SME on adminstrative processes for reserve releases.
    B. Supervision of subordinates with the comptoller branch,
    C. Fin management
    D. Reports and returns,
    E. Non Public Funds
