  1. 34 CBG HQ has a Class B Permanent for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 00003-01-NCM, or 90000-ATR to commence on 15-FEB-2021 until 14-FEB-2023. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: WO/WO
      MWO and SGT will be considered in accordance with the policies in force if no WO apply or retained fort he position.

    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT

        • Gestion SSAM - MONITOR SSAM (Monitor Mass)
      • Competency Remarks:
        • Possess a military driving licence DND 404, including the Milcot Class

  4. Basic description of duties: A. Be ready to Produce courses schedules of within the framework of the TAII, THII
    B. Managing resources, produce the requests in materials, equipments, staff, training area, food, accommodation, transport and ammunition in order to support School courses
    C. Create the diverse School tasks in the POTFC ( CFTPO)
    D. Produce the reservations of CTSE in the program SISEFC ( CFRIS )
    E. Coordinate transportation activity of the School
    F. Coordinate the use of spaces assigned to the School
    G. Insure weapons security with BSL QMS
    H Manage and follow up engineer work order request for School
    K. Act as Vault administrator
    L. Insure demands follow-up and resources allocation
    M. Execute diverse administrative tasks
    N. Be ready to act as 34 CBG BSL common email box manager
    O. Supervise the BSL QMS work
    P. Keep informed the School Ops O and assure a constant communication
    Q. Replace School Ops O in its absence
