  1. 16 Wing HQ has a Class A for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 11-MAY-2021 until 10-MAY-2041. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Canadian Rangers.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • A. Experience with Readiness Training;
      B. Experience with Monitor Mass, CFRIS programs;
      C. Experience with Ammunition Inventory Management system (AIMS);
      D. Experience in a unit or formation Ops or Training position; and
      E. Experience instructing Readiness Training material (First Aid, Weapons, CBRN)
  4. Basic description of duties: A. Responsible for administration, discipline and welfare of personnel in Wing Readiness Training Flight (RTF);
    B. Coordinate the Wing Readiness Training schedule;
    C. Advise Wing A3 on personnel and operational matters within the RTF;
    D. Enforce standards of dress, military deportment, discipline and physical fitness of RTF personnel;
    E. Ensure compliance with Unit and Wing standing orders, general safety orders and Range standing orders;
    F. Oversee the planning and conduct of mandated readiness and pre-deployment training activities;
    G. Coordinate course-loading of Wing and Base personnel on local readiness courses; and
    H. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
