  1. 3 CRPG has a Class B Permanent for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 00002-01-Officer, or 90024-GSO to commence on 03-JUN-2021 until 02-JUN-2024. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

  4. Basic description of duties: The 2IC Support Company (Sp Coy) is responsible to assist the OC Sp Coy to;
    When necessary lead Sp Coy consisting of 23 staff in three sections; and
    Ensure tasks assigned by the CO 3 CRPG are completed and/or supported as ordered.

    a. Primary Duties:

    (1) Administration:

    (a) Manage the disposition of company personnel;
    (b) Ensure Coy members DAG green to meet with OPRED status;
    (c) Ensuring the PDR and PER process is completed in a timely manner IAW unit and PACE instruction;
    (d) Review and amend administrative documents for OC approval;
    (e) Manage Coy staff career administration; and
    (f) Draft unit correspondence as directed.

    (2) Finance:

    (a) Monitor and advise the OC Sp Coy on the status of the Coy budget.

    (3) Operations and Training:

    (a) Assist and backfill OC Sp Coy with the daily Operations and Training of Sp Coy as directed.

    b. Secondary Duties:

    (1) Unit Finance Officer

    (a) Mentor the Fin NCO;
    (b) Vet reports and returns to be submitted to 4 Cdn Div;
    (c) Be prepared to work with other Coy personnel on budget issues; and
    (d) Be prepared to advise the DCO and CO on the state of the unit budget.

    (2) Unit Duty and Base O as required.

    (3) All other duties as directed by CO.
