  1. RCAF AWC HQ has a Class A for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90016-AOPS to commence on 19-OCT-2020 until 19-OCT-2040. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

    7. Required experience and quals:
      • Competency Remarks:
        • Qualifications:
          (1) Operational Test and Evaluation Project Officer:
          (a) preferred AIBI or operational test and evaluation (OT&E) experience; and
          (b) desirable to have OT&E project manager experience.
          (2) Electronic Warfare Officer:
          (a) preferred ADIV or electronic warfare (EW) operational support experience.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • Preferred skills/knowledge:
      (1) experience in flight test and evaluation (T&E);
      (2) experience in project management; and
      (3) experience in air element line and staff positions at the strategic and/or operational level.
  4. Basic description of duties: The APP Ops O is responsible for coordinating and managing air EW T&E activities within the Air Electronic Warfare Programme (AEWP) in accordance with the Air Electronic Warfare Master Plan (AEWMP).

  9. Remarks: A. This employment will include approximately 12 days Class A per month with the possibility of surge to Class B to the authorized maximum within regulations. B.
