  1. 4 Cdn Div HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 00002-01-Officer, or 90024-GSO to commence on 15-SEP-2020 until 14-SEP-2023. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Capt/Capt
      Maj's must relinquish rank to be considered should no Capt apply and be found suitable
    2. MOS ID: 00002-01-Officer, or 90024-GSO
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals:
      • Course Remarks:
        • AOC preferred
          ATOC preferred
      • Unit Qualifications Remarks:
        • Previous experience in a level 2 or 3 HQ

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • a. Proven ability to work effectively within a team
      b. High level of competence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      e. Available to be reassigned to other equivalent positions within 4 Cdn Div HQ as needed
      g. Knowledge of Military establishments
      h. Knowledge of Admin (HR-Civ) staffing and classification processes
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Reports to G1 OPS & Plans
    b. Prepare orders, directives, and other correspondence as needed
    c. Liaise with other 4 Cdn Div HQ pers
    d. Liaise with Formation and Direct Report Unit personnel
    e. Other tasks assigned by 4 Cdn Div G1 Ops & Plans
    f. Oversee 4 Cdn Div Establishment requests
    g. Oversee Civ HQ related orders, plans & processes
