  1. CFB Moose Jaw has a Class A for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90024-GSO to commence on 01-OCT-2020 until 30-SEP-2023.   4. Basic description of duties: The position of Deputy Wing Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and oversight of all non-classification training. Deputy Wing Training Coordinator is accountable to the WLLO/Trg Coord. This includes but is not limited to:

    a. Supervising the Wing Training Section;
    b. Coordinating all training requirements mandated by HHQ;
    c. Overseeing all Readiness Training;
    d. Facilitating/Organizing annual Operation Honour training;
    e. Promoting DND EE programs, including the quarterly reporting of these initiatives. This responsibility also includes coordinating Advisory Group meetings, assisting with EE Awareness Days, and providing input into the annual Civilian Human Resource Plan;
    f. Responsible for the dissemination of information pertaining to DND/Civilian HA policy and the coordination of such annual awareness training and WRA/HA training as required;
    g. Oversight of the 15 Wing Ethics Program, which includes drafting of the annual Ethics Plan for Wing Commander signature, coordinating meetings with unit coordinators, and drafting annual reports that are due in April;
    h. Responsible for the maintenance of a library (or directing access to) educational information for members (i.e. University Calendars, etc) and ensuring there is awareness by members of the library's existence.
