  1. RCEMES has a Class B Temporary for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 30-MAR-2020 until 13-OCT-2020. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      Sgt/PO2 willing to relinquish and qualified Cpl/LS may apply, but will only be considered should no candidate at the MCpl/MS rank apply and be found suitable. Cpl/LS not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
    3. Language: English or French essential
    4. Security clearance: Reliability Status
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals: N/A

  4. Basic description of duties: Duties would consist of:

    A. Conducting Student In/Out Briefings,
    B. Manage the admin for approx. 200 students,
    C. Draft PDR's/PER's for subordinates,
    D. Liaise with RCEME OJT centers at various bases,
    E. Draft and Distribute Attach Posting Messages,
    F. Complete CCPS transactions,
    G. Process entries in Guardian, and
    H. Coordinate with CM

If an applicant has MELs and is still employable within limitations a copy of the AR/MEL must be fwd to CTC HQ G1 Reserve Admin Cell. Applicants must have the essential quals as outlined in REO. The selected reservist will not be posted to the CADTC PRL for Cl B Svc under one year in duration, but will remain with their home unit.
