  4. Basic description of duties: Senior Financial Administrator (Sr Fin Admin) (Cl B): Senior Financial Administrator of the Unit is accountable to the Human Resource Supervisor he / she serves during his / her absence. The Financial Services Administrator and the Human Resources Coordinators report to the Human Resource Supervisor of the Unit, as among other things he is responsible for the following:

    a. assess and ensure the development of subordinates through the Divisional System and the CFPAS;

    b. guide the directors - Human Resources and the Directors - Junior Financial Services to ensure that they receive any training that will allow them to progress in their trade and rank;

    c. supervise activities at the central repository of records;

    d. supervise and administer the unit personnel;

    e. supervise and provide support for movement of unit personnel;

    f. maintain all records and documentation and ensure they are accurate;

    g. review all documentation processed by the Directors - Human Resources and Directors - Junior Financial Services;

    h. provide advice and supervise all payroll data entry and inquiries;

    i. supervise and deal with release and transfer duties;

    j. revise the format and content of correspondence and documentation;

    k. manage travel claims and rallying instructions for all NRD staff;

    l. keep the leave register up-to-date;

    m. supervise the administrators - Human Resources and the directors - Class A financial services during the training;

    n. manage and organize the annual GAD and GAA and complete check-in and check-out throughout the year;

    o. enter data into the FMAS and obtain reports to provide assistance to the HR Manager in budget management or budget matters;

    p. act as an NPF admin or cashier, as needed;

    q. act as divisional PO for section HRA & FSA;

    r. participate in DRN training as needed;

    s. provide support to operations; and

    t. perform any other tasks that may be assigned to it by the Human Resource Supervisor.

    u. Keep track and control of promotions, re-commitments, wills, personal emergency advice and all other documents relating to the personal administration of military / civilian done by the members of the section;
