  1. 34 CER has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-02-HRA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS to commence on 17-DEC-2019 until 17-DEC-2022. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      The ranks of Cpl and Sgt will be considered if no MCpl meets the requirements IAW current rules and regulations
    2. MOS ID: 00375-02-HRA, or 90054-SHARED ADMIN SVCS
      Priority will be given to 00375 HR Adm. The 00376 FS Adm with former svc as RMS clerk 00298, could also be considered for the employment but they will be taken into consideration only in the absence of a HR ADM 00375 candidate holding all the essential requirements"

      - Must be familiar with regulations, policies and procedures (especially MHRRP)

      - Must be available to work outside of normal hours (evenings and weekends)
  4. Basic description of duties: 1- Update nominal roll constantly
    2- Process promotion files
    3- Process releases and transfers
    4- Process and follow-up on NES and LWOP
    5- Process and filter the generic mailbox
    6- Process pay in RPSR
    7- Order and follow-up on honors and awards
    8- Process parental leaves
    9- Prepare personnel for deployment and redeployment
    10- Supervise class A personnel working in the OR
    11- Responsible for PDRs and PERs for class A Pte & Cpl clerks
    12- Manage clientele service
    13- Replace the CC when absent
    14- All other tasks given by the CC
