  1. RCACS has a Class B Permanent for a MWO/MWO MOS ID/Occupation 00005-11-CRMN - RECCE to commence on 25-NOV-2019 until 24-NOV-2022. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

  4. Basic description of duties: A. Prepare, maintain and update courseware to include lesson plans and power point presentations
    B. Maintain situational awareness on changing tactical, operational and training issues
    C. Comment on ECR issues and participate in ECR boards
    D. Conduct field and classroom standards visits
    E. Complete visit reports
    F. Monitor tactical courses to ensure compliance with the training plan
    G. Review and approve course timetables
    H. Develop, prepare and mark written tests and maintain test bank questions
    I. Participate in progress review boards (PRBs)
    J. Deliver SME lectures to training establishments as required
    K. Participate in QS, TP writing boards and working groups
    L. Provide subject matter expertise on individual training challenges of the Reserve component of the Armour Corps
    M. Planning, preparation, and execution of special projects as directed by the CoC

Applicants with a Secret clearance in progress as of the closing date of the REO may be considered, if no suitable applicant with the appropriate clearance applies.
