  4. Basic description of duties: The AR Flt Recruiter and Attractions Coord is responsible for the Transfer/enrolment processing of applicants to Air Reserve Flight Ottawa in support of operational, administrative and technical activities undertaken by Air Force clients in the National Capital Region, primarily in the Air Staff (AS) and also external clients, primarily the RCAF Aerospace Warfare Centre (RAWC). AR Flt Recruiter and Attractions Coord assists the Recruiting Warrant Officer with recruiting, establishment and vacancy management issues.

  9. Remarks: A. This employment will include approximately 12 days Class A per month with the possibility of surge to Class B to the authorized maximum within regulations. B.
