  1. CFB North Bay has a Class A for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA to commence on 15-JUL-2019 until 14-JUL-2029.     • File will be assessed from the review of mbrs Pers File combined with character / reference check
  4. Basic description of duties: Coordinate financial procedures with D/WTISO, W Compt and the PSP Manager as applicable;
    Provide, at a minimum quarterly or as requested, cost centre and budget updates to WTISO;
    Liaise with WTISO, Section Officers, and the WTIS SWO for provision of financial services for Unit personnel;
    Provide HR Management services with proficiency in business planning and financial management;
    Manage the cost center within DRMIS and provide SME to resource administrators responsible for budgets and budgeting in each section;
    Coordinate provision of unit section 32 and 34 signing authority;
    Review and sign claims originating from within unit;
    Manage DRMIS accounts processing (KR/SA/etc.);
    Collaborate with Squadron sections on matters relating to finance;
    Coordinate provision of individual travel cards for unit members;
    Research financial queries received from unit members;
    Coordinate unit business planning process and maintain the plan;
    General supervisor duties;
    promote the personal and professional development of his/her subordinates and care for their well being;
    be accountable for his/her subordinates;
    ensure that his/her subordinates maintain good military appearance and physical condition;
    supervise, control, motivate, evaluate and discipline his subordinates as required;
    provide good communication between individuals within his/her section and higher authority;
    ensure the maintenance of good housekeeping and workmanship practices within his/her section work areas,
    Counsel, advise on, support and implement policies established by the chain of command;
    Acknowledge and fulfill safety responsibilities as outlined in DAOD 2007-0 and DAOD 2007-1.
