-Applicant must posses strong leadership skills and effectively utilize CFPAS to provide PDR/PER s to subordinates.
- Basic description of duties: The position of 15 Wing Supt Clk / Chief Clerk HRA exists to provide administrative support to 15 Wing units. Accountable to the Wing Admin O for administration matters as assigned, the 15 Wing Supt Clk / Chief Clk HRA has the following accountabilities:
a. Reg F pay SME (CCPS);
b. CF RP coordinator;
c. HRMS data SME;
d. HRMS correction mode (if qualified);
e. Release supervisor;
f. MATA/PATA backup;
g. Other duties as assigned by the W Admin O;
h. Manage WAdmin OR HRA (1x MCpl, 1x Cpl and 4x Pte); and
i. Manage WAdmin OR civilians (1x CR04 and 1x CR05).
