  1. 16 (Reg) Fd Amb has a Class B Permanent for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 00192-01-HCA to commence on 17-MAY-2018 until 13-MAY-2021. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Capt/Capt
      Lt/SLt eligible for promotion and Maj/LCdr willing to relinquish their rank for the duration of the contract may apply, however they will only be considered if no suitable Capt/Lt(N) is found. IAW QR&O 11.12 para 4. A Res F mbr who relinquishes their rank and reverts to a lower rank for the duration of the Class B employment, may be authorized (provided there are no substantive reasons to the contrary) to be promoted to the rank held prior to the relinquishment at the conclusion of the Class "B" service, provided they meet all requirements for promotion. Lt/SLt not eligible for promotion may also apply but will only be considered if no promotable Lt/SLt, substantive Capt/Lt(N), or Maj/LCdr willing to relinquish their rank is found suitable.
    2. MOS ID: 00192-01-HCA
      Other MOSIDs with appropriate experience may apply but will only be considered if no suitable HCA is found.
    3. Language: English or French

  4. Basic description of duties: Successful applicant will be responsible to CO for all daytime unit admin and immediate ops requirements. Duties will include supervision of all full-time staff, effective comms between unit and higher HQ and participation in unit fin, ops and trg plan.
