  1. CFB North Bay has a Class A for a Maj/Maj MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 30-JUL-2018 until 30-JUL-2030. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Regular Force.

  4. Basic description of duties: Provide program coordination, monitoring and reporting to facilitate effective governance to the 22 Wg / CADS mission;

    Provide planning assistance, education/training and mentoring of sqn/unit

    LL staff;

    Conduct analysis and write reports on submitted observations from operations, exercises and key events to support the 22 Wing mission;

    Routinely conduct monitoring, reporting, validating and quality assurance on the 22 Wg LL programme;

    Draft the Wing LL Collection Plan (LLCP) for the WComd's approval;

    Provide key LL Programme challenges and successes to the WComd as required;

    Develop a LL communication strategy;

    Conduct bi-annual 22 Wing LL working groups, providing guidance and feedback to ULLOs;

    Participate in national LL Working groups as requested by 1 CAD;

    Draft exercise or operations LLCPs, as required, for the WComd's approval;

    Communicating the results of wing LL activities through the use of CF KMS to other organizations;

    Identifying LL training requirements in order to disseminate LL education material, additional training to newly appointed LLOs as required;

    Facilitate 22 Wg training through direct liaison with the 22 Wg training officer and the WOps Ex O;

    Conduct LL briefing to the 22 Wg LL Advisory committee as required;

    Draft correspondence for the WComd's signature;

    Maintain physical fitness; and

    Any other duties as assigned.
