- Basic description of duties: The position of D Air Pers Mgt 3-5-2 is primarily responsible for the planning and coordination of key activities, policy and program development for Employment Equity and Diversity initiatives as well as the Harassment Awareness Programme within the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), and liaison with Wing Coordinators. The incumbent provides advice and recommendations on Employment Equity aspects of Air Force personnel management, develops and recommends policy related to Employment Equity issues, and monitors results.
