  1. CFINTCOM HQ has a Class A for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 00002-01-Officer, or 90000-ATR to commence on 19-MAR-2018 until 01-MAR-2021. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Capt/Capt
      Members whose substantive rank is one rank lower, and who are eligible for promotion, may apply. Applicants whose substantive rank is higher may also apply but, if selected, will be required to voluntarily relinquish their rank to that indicated for the position.
    2. MOS ID: 00002-01-Officer, or 90000-ATR
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

  4. Basic description of duties: A. Supervise the coordination of all CFINTCOM MITE user training;

    B. Supervise Training Authority System Manager duties and responsibilities;

    C. Supervise daily Foreign Military Out-Service Training programs at Command level;

    D. Brief the Chain of Command and stakeholders at various levels on MITE and FMOST issues;

    E. Preparing various reports (i.e.; MITE, course requests, or cancellations) to support CFINTCOM admin requirements;

    F. Representing CFINTCOM at all meetings, conferences, symposiums, working groups, as required, in support of FMOST and MITE requirements.

    G. Supervising the FMOST budget and provide forecasted budget requirements to support the annual Business Plan.

    H. Although not inclusive, the FMOST and TASM officer must maintain the following working relationships in day to day work:

    a. ACOS Dev / D Int HR Dev;

    b. CFINTCOM HQ Directorates;

    c. CFINT Grp / J7;

    d. CFSMI, Kingston; and

    e. CDA, Kingston.
