  1. 1 ESU has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 05-MAR-2018 until 04-MAR-2021. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      MBRS ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTION TO MCPL/MS AND SGT/PO2 WHO ARE WILLING TO RELINQUISH THEIR RANK CAN APPLY BUT, WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF NO QUALIFIED MCPL/MS IS AVAILABLE. CPL/LS MAY BE CONSIDERED ONLY IF CANDIDATES AT THE RANK OF MCPL/MS OR CPL/LS QUALIFIED FOR PROMOTION ARE NOT AVAILABLE
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
      00376-01 FSA will also be considered for this position.
    3. Language: English or French
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

      • Competency Remarks:
        • Knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite, mainly Word and Excel.

    • Be familiar with ClaimsX, CFTDI, claim finalization, HRMS, booking international travel, leave, VCR, allowances and benefits.

      Must be able to deploy.

  4. Basic description of duties: General HRA Clk OR duties.

    Organize travel for members.

    Initiate and finalize claims.

    Maintain HRMS Data.

    Perform duties as required by CoC.

    Deploy as a Specialist Engineer Team Clk.
