  1. CFSATE has a Class A for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90024-GSO to commence on 01-MAR-2018 until 29-FEB-2028. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

        • Experience as a section or flight level commander in an RCAF Sqn.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • A. Presiding Officer course (AIEC); and

      B. Instructional Techniques (AHCH).
  4. Basic description of duties: A. Supervise and administer the AERE Preparatory Phase program in liaison with 2 CAD HQ/AETT including building and maintaining candidate database, tracking tasks/status, facilitating digital tools such as the Community of Practice;

    B. Provide administrative assistance to the AERE Sqn Comd including drafting of correspondence, and financial and logistical documentation;

    C. Deliver training to AERE Sqn candidates to include generic CAF content, HPMA and other topics as suitable based on the applicant's experience;

    D. Draft, amend and update Training Plans and lesson plans and scenarios

    E. Administer the Post Enabling Objective Review process for AERE Sqn courses;

    F. Coordinate End of Stage Exercises by leading the Exercise Control Centre; and

    G. Other duties as assigned by the AERE Sqn Comd.
