  1. DGIMPD has a Class B Permanent for a Cpl/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 08-FEB-2018 until 07-FEB-2021. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Cpl/Cpl
      MCPL/MS willing to relinquish and PTE/AB qualified for promotion to CPL/LS may apply but only be considered should no candidate at the CPL/LS rank apply. PTE/AB not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking.
    2. MOS ID: 90000-ATR
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

    • A. Knowledge of the objectives and the expected results of the ADM(IM) Accommodations policy.

      B. Knowledge of DND Supply Customer Account (SCA).

      C. Knowledge of Repair and Disposal policy.

      D. Knowledge and experience in general office administration, including records maintenance and data input.

      E. Knowledge of CAF and DND administrative policies and procedures.

      F. Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite.
  4. Basic description of duties: A. Identifying DGIMPD accommodation requirements including the protection and security of offices and assets. Monitors and recommends action to further increase and promote compliance with accommodation policy, operational standards and regulations.

    B. Providing advice to personnel on accommodation policies and guidelines.

    C. Analyzing and assessing accommodation issues, providing advice and recommendations.

    D. Liaising with accommodation personnel.

    E. Conducting accommodation information sessions.

    F. Investigating accommodation issues.

    G. Records maintenance.

    H. Managing, operating and maintaining accommodation databases.

    I. Undertaking other administrative tasks as assigned, such as assisting with internal and external moves, creating statement of requirements (SORs) and client accommodations requests (CARs).
