  1. CANSOFCOM PRL has a Class B Temporary for a Cpl/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA, or 00376-01-FSA, or 90000-ATR to commence on 24-MAR-2018 until 22-MAR-2019. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Cpl/Cpl
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA, or 00376-01-FSA, or 90000-ATR
      HRA/FSA preferred, ATR will be considered. ATR - Any trade
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals:
      • Competency Remarks:
        • (1) Must have valid DND 404s.

          (2) Working knowledge of Claims-X.

          (3) Working knowledge of Shared Travel Services (STS) Portal.

          (4) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

          (5) Experience with military writing, free of spelling / grammatical errors (memos, emails, messages, etc).

  4. Basic description of duties:

    A. The Recruiting HRA is responsible to the HR Supervisor for the administration of the Recruiting Cell of the Canadian Special Operations Regiment (CSOR).



    B. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    (1) Completing routine administrative tasks such as picking up the mail;

    (2) Making flight bookings with SRS;

    (3) Producing a myriad of messages and e-mails on behalf of recruiting cell;

    (4) Administering Psychological and Skills Testing

    (5) Booking Phase II Screening

    (6) Maintaining Recruiting Microsoft Outlook Calendar

    (7) Promoting team work and actively participating with team members to promote the organization's mission, vision and policies;

    (8) Working effectively and efficiently on all assigned tasks.
